Data Deletion

You can ask us at any time to delete the personal data we hold about you: your name, email address, WhatsApp number, WhatsApp messages and the personal details stored with your orders.

How to request deletion

• WhatsApp: send DELETE MY DATA to our WhatsApp number (the green WhatsApp button on this website), from the number you used with us.
• Email: email us from the address you used for your order, with the subject Delete my data. Our email address is on the Contact page.

Please include your order code (for example TH-10234) if you have one, so we can find every record.

What happens next

We confirm your request and delete your data within 7 days. Payment records that the law or fraud prevention requires us to keep are reduced to the minimum (amount, date and transaction ID) and are not used for anything else.
